Upon purchase, you receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable commercial license.

You MAY:

• Use the assets in personal and commercial projects
• Create and sell physical products (e.g. prints, mugs, apparel, packaging)
• Create and sell digital products where the assets are part of your own designs
• Use assets in client work and freelance projects

You MAY NOT:

• Resell, share, or redistribute original files
• Upload assets as standalone files, clipart packs, or downloadable libraries
• Share, sublicense, or transfer access to the library
• Claim ownership of the original assets

All products are delivered digitally.

After successful payment, you will receive instant access to your purchase via a secure download link.

The content is accessible online and can be downloaded to your device.

We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors such as Stripe or technical issues outside our control.

Payments are processed securely via Stripe.

We do not store full payment details.

Due to the digital nature of the product, all sales are final and non-refundable once access has been granted.

All sales are final and non-refundable, except where required by applicable law or the payment provider.

No refunds will be issued for change of mind or lack of usage.

All original assets remain the intellectual property of Ewelina Wąż.

Purchase grants usage rights only, not ownership.

We are not responsible for how the assets are used or for any outcomes resulting from their use. The product is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
